About me

Hi! My name is Tamanno, and I’m a birth doula serving families throughout Central Florida. My goal is to help every mother feel supported, informed, and confident throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. I provide compassionate, non-judgmental support and work alongside you and your birth team to help you have a positive and empowering birth experience. I offer emotional support, comfort measures, breathing and relaxation techniques, labor positions, massage, and continuous support during labor and birth. I am trained as a birth doula and certified in Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED. I am also a Florida Medicaid provider and currently accept Sunshine Health Medicaid. I speak English, Russian, and Uzbek. I would be honored to support you and your family during this very special time.
