Hi! My name is Tamanno, and I’m a birth doula serving families throughout Central Florida. My goal is to help every mother feel supported, informed, and confident throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. I provide compassionate, non-judgmental support and work alongside you and your birth team to help you have a positive and empowering birth experience. I offer emotional support, comfort measures, breathing and relaxation techniques, labor positions, massage, and continuous support during labor and birth. I am trained as a birth doula and certified in Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED. I am also a Florida Medicaid provider and currently accept Sunshine Health Medicaid. I speak English, Russian, and Uzbek. I would be honored to support you and your family during this very special time.

Continuous in-person doula support during active labor and birth. Includes emotional and physical support, comfort measures, breathing and relaxation techniques, massage, movement and positioning, and support for your birth preferences. I will stay with you throughout labor and birth to provide calm, continuous support.
Comprehensive doula support including prenatal preparation and birth preferences planning, ongoing phone and text support throughout pregnancy, on-call availability near your due date, continuous in-person support throughout labor and birth, comfort measures, positioning, breathing and relaxation techniques, and one postpartum follow-up visit after your baby is born
