I’m Tammy, founder of A Touch of Doula LLC, and it is my privilege to provide personalized, elevated birth support to families who value exceptional care, intentional preparation, and a deeply personal experience. As a mother of four, wife, woman of faith, and experienced healthcare professional, I understand that welcoming a baby is one of life’s most significant moments. My own experiences with both home and hospital births have shaped the way I support families—with compassion, confidence, discretion, and an understanding that no two birth experiences are alike. I create a calm, supportive environment where my clients feel seen, heard, informed, and genuinely cared for from pregnancy through birth. My approach is rooted in the belief that you deserve to feel confident in your body, informed in your choices, and fully supported in your birth. I offer individualized education, thoughtful birth preparation, continuous emotional and physical support, and guidance tailored specifically to your preferences and needs. I believe luxury in birth is not simply about having more—it is about having the right support, being thoughtfully prepared, and having someone beside you who understands your vision and protects your peace. My role is to quietly and confidently walk alongside you, helping you navigate your options while honoring your voice and your decisions. Service introduction

As your Doula, I will provide compassionate, non-medical support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. Services may include prenatal education, birth planning, emotional support, comfort measures, labor positioning, breathing and relaxation techniques, advocacy, and continuous support during labor and birth. Postpartum doulas may also provide guidance with newborn care, breastfeeding, recovery, rest, and emotional adjustment. As your Doula I will not replace a doctor or midwife; instead, I will work alongside your healthcare team to help you feel informed, supported, confident, and empowered throughout your birth journey.
