With compassion and understanding I will be your labour guide and support you as an individual, or couple, during preparation, labour, and the early days after your baby's birth.

*Includes 6-8 hours prenatal preparation and education. *Unlimited text support. *Help creating a birth prefernce document *On-call from 37 weeks. *In person support in early labour, if desired. * Labour guidance, hands on support, comfort techniques and then first feed tips when your little one arrives. * Tea and talk, birth debrief *One postpartum visit of up to 3 hours within 3 weeks of birth if requested
