About me

I’m a birth doula, birth assistant, and mom of three who is passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum season. My approach is calm, hands-on, and rooted in education, encouragement, and helping families feel confident in their choices. As a mom myself, I understand how personal and unpredictable birth can be, and I’m here to support both the birthing person and their partner every step of the way. My goal is for every family to feel heard, prepared, supported, and cared for throughout their birth experience.
