About me

Hi, I'm Sarah. I've been a doula since 2017 and offer childbirth classes, prenatal yoga classes, birth support, lactation counseling, and day and nighttime postpartum care to families in the greater Orlando area. I'm also a mom to twins and trust me - I get it! I believe the birthing person should be at the center of decision making, starting with learning their options, receiving physical and emotional support throughout labor, and then being surrounded by helping hands and listening ears after welcoming baby home.

Wonderful doula! So important, especially as a first time mom, to have someone to ask questions, talk things through and be by your side in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Sarah was my doula when I had my son, and she was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, she made me feel supported, informed, and completely at ease. Her calm presence and encouragement during labor made all the difference—I truly can’t imagine going through that experience without her. Sarah went above and beyond to make sure I felt empowered and cared for every step of the way. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about what she does, I couldn’t recommend Sarah more highly!

Highly recommended!! Sarah worked with us when we had our second baby. She supported my unmedicated L/D, she knows all kinds of tricks to make it go smooth. We also asked her postpartum visit when my husband had to go out of town, and it was such a life savior. Not only being a sweet person, but she is also very professional and always keep herself updated. That is another reason we liked her so much!

Sarah was my doula when I gave birth, and having her help truly made an impact in my birth and post partum experience. She truly made me feel empowered during the experience and gave me the knowledge and tools to have a great birth. I also used her for post partum over night care which was a HUGE help! My milk came in and baby wouldn't latch and she knew just how to help and save me from mastitis! The over night care was a true life saver so I could properly rest. I would choose Sarah as my doula a million times over.

Sarah was such a blessing as a postpartum doula. A few days after giving birth, I realized my emotions were all over the place and I needed some guidance and reassurance about what I was doing with a tiny infant (things like babywearing, breastfeeding, organization of items, etc). Sarah not only provided much-needed knowledge and support, but she also allowed me time to rest. I knew my baby was in good hands while I recovered. I can't imagine those first 3 months without her!

Sarah is AMAZING!!! She helped me with my newborn following an unexpected arm surgery and thank god for her. She's extremely helpful and professional. I cannot recommend her enough if you are having a baby or just had a baby.

Sarah supported my husband and me during the birth of our first child. She is a caring and empathetic listener, and she was a wonderful partner during my labor and delivery. We highly recommend her to other expecting parents.

I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough! As a postpartum doula, she supported our family when our second son was born in 2023, and her care made all the difference during what turned out to be an unexpectedly difficult postpartum period. When our newborn spent several weeks in the NICU, Sarah was incredibly flexible and understanding, adapting our in-home visit schedule without hesitation. This flexibility alone was invaluable during such an uncertain time. With it being winter, we also worked carefully around unexpected illnesses in both our family and hers and she was incredibly sensitive to maintaining distance and keeping our family safe. Her support was instrumental in helping me gain confidence as a mom of two and navigate the transition to a family of four. She seemed to intuitively know exactly what I needed before I even had to ask—whether that was emotional support, practical help, or just someone who understood what I was going through. The overnight support she provided was truly a dream and gave our family the rest we desperately needed. Beyond newborn care and help with breastfeeding, she helped with everything from laundry and diaper changes to baths and putting finishing touches on the nursery. Her knowledge base is impressive, and she approaches every task with genuine care and professionalism. If you're looking for a doula who is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also compassionate, flexible, and truly invested in your family's wellbeing, look no further. She was awesome, and I'm so grateful we had her during those crucial first six weeks after he came home!

Sarah was the doula for our 1st birth (which ended up a 36 hour unmedicated labor 😳), and was so valuable before, during, and after! She helped me learn how to advocate for myself, provided great prenatal resources, as well as very necessary support during a long labor. Highly recommend!!

I worked with Sarah during the preparation and birth of both of my children. She was such a calming presence and helped me feel confident in advocating for myself during birth and navigating life with a newborn. I think I had such positive birth experiences because of the mental, emotional, and practical support of Sarah’s work as a doula.

If i could give a million stars, i would! Sarah is so wonderful and patient. I had the pleasure of having her as my doula in 2023 and let me say; the experience was amazing. I enjoyed the parenting & labor courses prior to having my baby because i am a first time mom and was extremely nervous. During my birthing experience, Sarah was there every step of the way. While my labor plan did not go exactly how i imagined, Sarah made sure to pivot to my needs. I learned after birth that she even had pictures to share of my delivery which i cherish deeply. I love how she makes sure to still check in on my son even years later! (She definitely makes sure the mommas and dads are good too! I enjoyed her stopping by and still being hands on after birth). 10/10 experience!!

Sarah was awesome. Cleaned, held space like a pro, and was so sweet to our little. A life saver when we were in the thick of it in the early days.

Sarah was an essential part of our birth experience for both of our daughters. Our first daughter's birth was very difficult and I cannot tell you how grateful we were to have Sarah supporting us. (We used her at her Auburn location when her business was called the Joyful Doula). I am pregnant again and I am sorry for myself that I cannot use her for our 3rd birth. Thank you Sarah for all of your help and we wish you many joyful births in your new location!!!

I used Sarah Doyle as my doula and loved her. She was thorough, caring, attentive, and really helped me post-partum. In the hospital she was great at helping me try to move my child in the right position during a challenging hospital delivery. She was always in my corner, and I am forever grateful to her! You will not regret working with her.

I’ve had the privilege of working with Sarah as a mentor, agency manager, and friend, and she has been such a valuable support in my journey as a doula. One of the most impactful ways she helped me is by being the person I could turn to for business conversations, offering wisdom and perspective from her many years of experience. Sarah stands out because of her selflessness, deep knowledge of birth work, and her encouraging, inclusive spirit. As someone who was just starting out, it meant so much to have her guidance and reassurance while growing in confidence and building my business. I would absolutely recommend Sarah to others. She brings both skill and heart to everything she does, and she truly cares about the people she supports. If I were having another baby, Sarah is the doula I would want by my side through birth and the postpartum period.

Sarah was our doula for our home birth for our second child in 2022. Over the course of my pregnancy, Sarah felt more like family and her support was invaluable for both the pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. When we needed to quickly make a hospital transfer from a home birth, she was there to provide her services to care for our oldest child so my partner didn’t need to leave my side. I wouldn’t have been able to have a safe and happy birth without Sarah there ready for our changing needs in an emergency situation. Sarah is kind and caring and someone I would trust again and again as a doula.

Having Sarah as my doula during my first pregnancy is one of the best decisions I ever made. I don't think I would have been as prepared and relatively level headed through my birth experience without her help. She was easily the best support person I had in the room (shhh...don't tell my husband.) Her post partum care was EVERYTHING. It allowed me to get the most important thing anyone needs after birth.. COMFORTABLE REST! It was so reassuring to know she was there overnight with our new precious bundle of joy. She was also extremely helpful when my milk came in, total boob saver. ???

Every pregnant mama needs a Sarah in her life! This woman is God-send! After my first birth experience wasn’t anything like I hoped, I made the decision to hire a doula to rewrite the storyline for my second birth. Choosing Sarah to be that person was the best decision I could have made; she was such a vital piece to helping me achieve a redeeming VBAC birth. She has such vast, specialized knowledge for this field that makes her beyond qualified for the job. More importantly, she knows how to apply that education to her clients’ unique situation and tailor it to best suit each individual mama. From the education she armed me with while I was pregnant, to her always accessible support via email or texts, I felt well equip for birth with her by my side. She came to the hospital the night of my foley bulb induction and got us settled for the evening. Mid-morning the next day when the foley came out and I texted her saying I was 6cm, she was quick to arrive back. During EVERY contraction, she was there squeezing my hips helping me ride it out. She suggested new positions to do and new techniques to try during that time. She made sure my birth plan was honored by everyone. She was my advocate. She stood by my side for the 3 hours I pushed, helping me and encouraging me. I truly believe if not for her, I would not have gotten my VBAC! I am forever grateful for everything she did and will hire her again for my next pregnancy without any hesitation!

I am so thankful to have had Sarah as my doula! She was so helpful during labor in suggesting different pain relief techniques, guiding my partner, and knowing different positions to try. But I think the best part was her calm presence and encouraging words through it all. I felt so supported and empowered during my birth, as all women should! And Sarah was a large part of that. Additionally, her prenatal visits were very informative, and her postpartum visits were such a huge help as we adjusted to life with a newborn.

Thank you for helping us for the whole process including the baby sitting as a postpartum care. Sarah's help was substantial! The best part of her support was in labor and delivery. No doubt. I do not know how it progresses with pain medication but we did that without any pain medication. To accomplish that, the doula's support is essential. Yes, the partner can help mama but most of the time, he is not be able to see the situation objectively and tends to keep providing one pain relief method for several hours which makes him tired and usually the relief effect wears off. By having her with us, my husband could take the situation without getting too tense.

Doula Sarah Doyle was a wonderful person to have when my wife and I had our first born. Because she was there with us before, during, and after the birth and coaching us every step of the way, we were able to relax and focus in on each other which made the experience even more meaningful and mindful than imagined. I also felt as a husband that a lot of the pressure was off of me to make decisions, and therefore I could pay more attention to my wife and then my daughter once she was born. Our daughter's birth was such a scared experience, and thus our marriage became stronger. We had Sarah for 2 weeks postpartum at nights from 9pm to 6am which was great because I was able to get adequate rest so I could be full of energy the next day to help with my daughter while my wife caught up on sleep. We look forward to having Sarah be a part of our next birth! Dads-to-be, having Sarah is the best gift you can give your wife, baby, and self. Trust me!

Doula Sarah Doyle is wonderful. I had my first baby in fall 2018 and had her pre, during, and after the birth for 2 weeks for postpartum care at night. I had a C section which was not planned and having her at home to help me transition made it all the more easier. I do not even want to know what having a baby without her is like. She is highly professional, grounded, knowledgeable, a very good listener and teacher, and has a wonderful disposition. Her passion for her work and her love for babies is so apparent as she truly cares about the entire family! Sarah is a treasure and for my next baby, she will be the first person I call.
