2 hr Zoom Consultation covers: - Debriefing birth - Developing a postpartum plan - Mental/Physical/Emotional support services - Finding and connecting with your village - Belly binding information - Evidence based information on breastfeeding and baby sleeping - 7 x Ayrederic delicious postpartum recipes - Gift in the mail! Unlimited DMs (via Instagram)/texts*/emails in the six weeks after birth (think of me as a friend in your corner you can reach out to for support, information and to ease any concerns during the sleep deprived/ newborn bub bliss stage).

Can the Zoom call be broken into smaller sessions?

Yes! I realise 2 hours is a long time to be on a Zoom call when you are a new mama with a newborn or soon to be giving birth! If you would like to make the calls shorter such as 1 hr or even 30 mins long we can do that! We will then meet as many times as necessary to make up your 2 hour session :)

I live overseas how can I contact you in Australia?

We will find a time that is mutually convenient for both of us! I'm a pretty good night owl these days (thanks to my toddler!) so I'm sure I will be able to find a time that hopefully isn't too early or too late for you if you are calling from another country :)
