I am a full spectrum doula offering holistic, hands-on support for families throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. My approach centers on education, advocacy, and embodied comfort measures, meeting each family where they are emotionally, physically, and culturally. I support unmedicated and medicated births, VBACs, and hospital or birth center deliveries, with a strong focus on informed decision-making and continuity of care. In addition to birth support, I offer postpartum care, breastfeeding guidance, placenta encapsulation, belly binding, and closing-the-bones ceremonies, helping families feel grounded, confident, and supported as they transition into parenthood.
