Tanya is a professional and experienced Newborn Care Specialist that has worked with families when the baby arrives home from the hospital and continue until both the employer and myself feel it is time to move on and make a difference in another families lives. I simply love children, passionate about providing care, reliable, compassionate and patient. I enjoy traveling to different states on assignments. I have worked with elite families and understand that privacy and confidentiality is of utmost importance working with a high profile family. Working as a (NCS) has allowed me to become informed of the latest techniques of things such as: colic, burping, breastfeeding and getting your infant to sleep through the night by twelve to sixteen weeks. I offer 18-20 hour live-in position, or 12-hour nighttime shift between 5 and 7 days per week. I specialized in the first 12 weeks to 6 months of development.
