I’m a certified postpartum doula and experienced newborn care professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience supporting families during the early stages of parenthood. Much of my career has been centered around caring for infants and guiding parents through those first tender weeks after bringing baby home. I strive to create a calm, reassuring presence in the home so parents can rest, recover, and feel confident as they settle into their new rhythm as a family. My philosophy is centered on meeting families where they are. Every baby and every parent is different, and I believe support should be flexible, judgment-free, and tailored to each family’s goals and values. I focus on nurturing both baby and parents by providing practical newborn care, emotional support, guidance with feeding and sleep routines, and helping create a peaceful environment where everyone can thrive. My goal is for families to feel empowered, well-rested, and confident by the time our time together comes to an end. 🤍

I offer supportive, hands-on postpartum care designed to help families feel confident, rested, and cared for during the early weeks with a new baby. My services include newborn care, soothing techniques, establishing healthy sleep foundations, diapering, bathing guidance, and feeding support for both breast and bottle feeding. I also provide emotional support for parents as they navigate recovery and adjust to life with a newborn, answering questions and helping families feel more comfortable and capable in their new roles. In addition to baby care, I help create a calm and organized home environment so parents can focus on bonding with their baby and healing. This can include light household tasks related to the baby such as washing bottles and pump parts, baby laundry, organizing nursery spaces, and preparing simple meals or snacks for parents. Whether working days or overnight, my goal is to provide dependable, nurturing support that allows families to rest, recover, and enjoy their baby during this special transition. 🤍
