Hi friends! Tara Frigaard here as a new doula, fresh out of her training at the HBI academy. I am continuing to work as an L&D nurse while I slowly work towards completing my certification. I bring 9 years of experience with me as both a postpartum and labor& delivery nurse. I want to walk alongside women into parenthood with peace and confidence to bring about my transformation rather than trauma.

Hello, my name is Tara. Think of me like your big sister with all the hospital birth experience! Ask all the questions, I have 9 years of experience as an L&D nurse. I am here to bring peace, worship music, confidence, and joy into the birth space. I have a golden retriever Nala, and we both love walks around the park and playing fetch when we aren't napping. :)

Birth Package

2 prenatal visits, support during labor & delivery up to 18hrs, and a postpartum follow up around 1-2 weeks after birth. Half of the payment due with sign up, and other half due at 36wks.
