About me
I’m a mom of three with a deep love for pregnancy, birth and motherhood. My own experiences led me to birth work and helped to shape my belief that every woman deserves to feel informed, respected, supported and confident in their choices. I love helping people understand their options, trust their bodies, ask questions, and make decisions that genuinely feel right for them. As a doula, I’m here to bring knowledge, encouragement, calm, and a whole lot of support - without judgment or pressure.

Service introduction
I offer birth/labor services up to 2 hours away from me, however all other services are within ~40 miles or virtual is also an option. I offer birth and postpartum doula support, overnight newborn care, and breastfeeding support for growing families. Whether I’m supporting you through labor, helping you settle into life with your new baby, providing an extra set of hands overnight, or helping you navigate the early days of breastfeeding, my goal is to provide calm, knowledgeable, judgment-free support that is centered around you, your baby and your family’s individual needs.
Packages
Birth Support
My birth doula package provides personalized, continuous support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth and the early postpartum period.
• Prenatal visits to prepare for birth and discuss your preferences
• Ongoing text support throughout pregnancy
• On-call availability beginning at 37 weeks
• Continuous in-person support throughout active labor and birth (if you need me before active labor, I will still be there! This is just the standard)
• Emotional support, reassurance and encouragement
• Comfort measures, movement and position suggestions
• Evidence-based education to help you understand your options
• Support advocating for your preferences and asking informed questions
• Partner support and guidance throughout labor
• Support for approximately one hour after birth or during recovery - this can be changed and the time wouldn't start until everyone was ready (ex: if baby needs to get oxygen or anything after birth, I'm not just going to leave you stranded. I'm here to support you no matter what, everything is circumstantial)
• One 2-hour postpartum visit
• One week of postpartum text support

Postpartum Support
My postpartum doula support is designed to help you feel cared for, confident in your abilities and supported as you recover from birth and adjust to life with your new baby.
Examples of my care:
• Emotional support and a judgment-free space to process your birth and postpartum experience
• Support with postpartum recovery, rest, comfort and self-care
• Newborn care and guidance
• Breastfeeding and feeding support within my scope as a doula
• Help recognizing baby’s feeding and hunger cues
• Support with newborn soothing, sleep and settling techniques
• Assistance with baby care while you shower, eat, rest or spend time with other children/your partner
• Light meal and snack preparation
• Light household tasks related to postpartum and baby care
• Bottle and pump-part washing and organization
• Support for partners and other family members as everyone adjusts to the new baby
• Evidence-based education and resources when questions come up or as requested
• Referrals to lactation consultants, medical providers, or other professionals when needs fall outside my scope
Every postpartum experience is different, so our time together is centered around what you and your family need most that day. My goal is to make you feel cared for, not just as a parent, but as a whole person.

Overnight Newborn Care
Overnight newborn care provides an extra set of trusted hands during the night so you can rest and recover while knowing your baby is being cared for right in your home.
Examples of my care:
• Overnight newborn care/supervision
• Diaper changes, soothing, burping and settling baby back to sleep
• Bringing baby to you for breastfeeding and resettling baby afterward
• Bottle feeding with expressed breast milk or formula, if desired, I can always bring to you for any kind of feeding!
• Washing and preparing bottles and pump parts used overnight
• Support with newborn feeding and hunger cues
• Tracking feeds, diaper changes, and sleep throughout the night
• Gentle, responsive newborn care based on your family’s preferences
• Light baby-related tidying during awake periods
• Breastfeeding support within my scope as a doula
• Encouragement and practical newborn education as questions arise or as requested
My goal is to care for your baby with the same gentleness and responsiveness I would want for my own, while giving you the opportunity to get the rest you need during the early postpartum weeks. I do have an eight hour minimum schedule requirement.
