My name is Selina, and I am a full spectrum doula, certified perinatal mental health worker, a certified postpartum nutritional professional, and also a community health worker. I currently hold certifications for Doula(DONA), child birth, and breastfeeding for doulas. I received my Doula training from Capital City Doula Services & DONA International. I also have training through Sacred Passing and Postpartum U. I have an extensive medical background and I am also a mother and aunt to many children-one which has Autism. My goal as a doula is to become a voice for anyone that needs to be empowered. To support you emotionally and physically through birth, during labor and delivery. and postpartum.
