About me

Hello! Thank you for taking the opportunity to get to know me. My name is Selina, and I am a full spectrum doula, certified perinatal mental health worker, a certified postpartum nutritional professional, and also a community health worker. I currently hold certifications for Doula(DONA), child birth, and breastfeeding for doulas. I received my Doula training from Capital City Doula Services & DONA International. I also have training through Sacred Passing and Postpartum U. I have an extensive medical background and I am also a mother and aunt to many children-one which has Autism. My goal as a doula is to become a voice for anyone that needs to be empowered. To support you emotionally and physically through birth, during labor and delivery. and postpartum. My vision is to educate with your permission and plant seeds of knowledge so that you may use those tools and resources as an addition to the wonderful parent that you will already be becoming. My package: Always free consultation, 2 prenatal visits with me, contracted 24 hour birth support(means I am with you for a straight 24 hours), 1 postpartum call/video chat/visit; continuing text and phone communication throughout(8am-1030pm; if text after 1030pm your text will be answered at 0800/unless emergent) Can be merged with other packages for a flat rate

Belly Casting
Belly Casting is a fun way to preserve the memory of your pregnancy. A plaster cast is made using casting strips and then can be smoothed and finished to look like porcelain. Painting and design can be added for a more unique piece. Belly casts are usually done in home. Body exposure is required; therefore most clients prefer privacy. It is also quite messy! Pricing Package 1: $100 Includes Belly Cast session and materials. Package 2: $175 Includes Belly Cast session and materials, sanding and finishing to smooth, ready-to-paint surface. Package 3: $300-Includes Belly Cast session, materials, sanding and finishing, complete painting of your choice and finished glazed and embellishments. (Note: there will be an extra charge for very elaborate paintings.)
