Virtual Sleep Training

Virtual Sleep Training: -Personalized Digital Process Complete a thorough intake form sharing your routine, goals, and your baby's sleep environment. One-hour remote consultation (phone or video): Discuss methods, answer questions, and outline your custom plan. -Self-Implementation with Guidance Receive a fully personalized schedule for you and your baby. -Choose from two methods: gentle approach or extinction approach.You take the lead with ongoing expert guidance. -Follow-Up & Support Two weekly calls (30 minutes each) throughout the 2-week program to review progress and tackle challenges. -Tech Support PerksFour troubleshooting questions weekly by email, with responses during business hours (8am–11am est). -Complimentary: Two phone calls per week for troubleshooting, included in your 2-week plan. -Optional Extra Tech Support$75/week for additional support (same email/call package as above). $150/week for unlimited tech support during business hours (8am–11am). -Pricing & Access Regularly $800, now discounted to $600 for the complete 2-week guided process. -Consent & Forms Sign a sleep training disclosure form prior to starting.

You can also buy this from me separately to use with your night nanny, postpartum doula or newborn care specialist.

What is your minimum engagement requirement for travel newborn care?

I require a 4 week minimum to travel to clients.

How do you help with common sleep issues like night wakings or nap resistance?

During a 12–24 hour in-home observation, included in my sleep consulting package, I closely assess your baby’s sleep patterns, environment, and daily rhythms while observing real-time night wakings and naps. I take detailed notes and have intentional conversations with you to understand your parenting philosophy, comfort level with different sleep strategies, and your goals for your baby’s sleep. Using this information, I create and implement a tailored plan to address issues like frequent night wakings and nap resistance, adjusting my methods within reason so they align with your family’s values and capacity.

How do Montessori principles apply to newborn care and early routines?

Montessori principles in newborn care focus on respect, independence, and a calm, thoughtfully prepared environment from the very beginning. Even tiny routines like feeding, diapering, and sleep transitions become chances to build trust, body awareness, and early self-regulation. Principles I follow: -Respectful, responsive caregiving -Prepared environment at home -Freedom of movement and body awareness -Order, predictability, and gentle routines -Participation and early independence
