About me

Hello, I am Tiara and I am a Full Spectrum Doula! I believe birth and reproductive care are profoundly spiritual experiences. I feel aligned to hold space for others during life’s transitions—bringing spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental support exactly where it’s needed. Since my PCOS and fibroid diagnosis in 2021, I’ve become passionate about extending the advocacy and knowledge, that has aided me, outward. I love sharing herbal insights and concrete tools that helped me regain control of my health, and empowering others to do the same. I’m committed to creating affirming spaces where diverse identities and bodies are fully supported and valued. Above all, I’m a lifelong learner who values new perspectives and experiences.
