I'm Tina - a birth and postpartum doula - and I'm so glad you're here! My desire is to be a guide, helper, encourager, and interpreter for you in your special season of having a baby. Whatever type of birth you choose, I am here to give you all the evidence based information you need in order to have the pregnancy, the birth, and the postpartum you dream of. Birth can be super unpredictable but the effort you put into your birth and the information and confidence you gain will be of huge help! You do not need to walk this path on your own. I serve the Niagara Region of Ontario - including St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Fort Erie, Welland, Wainfleet, and Dunnville. One thing that makes me different as a doula is that I am a Christian and I believe that God wants to be fully present in every part of our life, including birth! Surrendering this crucial part of our life over to Him is utterly important. We are not called to live in fear but of power! I help you to turn your fear into faith, give you Scriptures that will inspire you, and pray over you. No matter what type of birth you choose, or what ends up happening, you can have a God-honoring birth. And I'm here to cheer you on!
