Hi there, my name is Emily. I’m a DONA-educated birth and
postpartum doula, and pre- and postnatal yoga instructor in Toronto,
dedicated to helping mothers, mothers-to-be, and families find
connection, calm, and confidence in their bodies and daily lives.
I come to this work from a lifelong love of movement and a deep
appreciation for the beauty and transformation of early motherhood.
My role is to help you feel informed, cared for, and supported as you
prepare to welcome your baby and adjust to life together.
As your doula, I’ll guide you through birth and postpartum planning,
help you advocate for your needs in labour, and offer comfort through
every stage of the process. After birth, I provide nurturing practical care
for both you and your baby, including education, sibling care, light
housework, meal preparation, and nourishing postpartum recipes (I
especially love cooking and baking meals that support recovery and
milk supply).
My philosophy is rooted in the understanding that physical, mental,
and emotional well-being are deeply connected. I integrate yoga,
breathwork, and mindfulness to help you reconnect with your body
and trust your intuition as you move through this tender time.
Most of all, I’m here for you, to create space where you can feel held,
supported, and at ease as you care for yourself and your baby.
