About me
I am a Certified Birth Doula whose work is deeply rooted in compassion, strength, and connection. A mother of three, a Certified Hypnobirthing Childbirth Educator, Lamaze Childbirth Educator (certifying), postpartum doula, placenta encapsulation specialist and Social Service Worker, I bring a steady, nurturing presence to every family I support. Whether advocating fiercely for your needs, holding space with tenderness, or wrapping you in one of my famously comforting hugs, I am committed to being a steady, grounding presence as you welcome new life. I believe birth is a normal process that people underestimate their ability in, and hope to be a part of putting an end to fear-based, patriarchal approaches to bringing babies into the world.
