My Birth Doula Services Include: - Relaxation and comfort measures (such as massage). - A hand-crafted journal for tracking your mental and emotional well-being during and after pregnancy. - Guided prenatal yoga and breathing techniques. - A safe, peaceful space for you and your family to connect and prepare. I love the work I do—it truly feels like my soul’s calling. During our phone consultation, we’ll also discuss how I can best show up for you. I can attend prenatal visits, help you create a birth plan that reflects your vision, and provide education and resources on labor, birth, pain management options, postpartum care, and newborn care. My PostPartum Services Include: - Light household support (dishes, sweeping, mopping, laundry). - Meal preparation (a meal we plan together). - Caring for your baby while you rest or shower. - Emotional support — I’ll always be there to listen if you need to talk or vent. During our phone consultation, we’ll discuss how I can best show up for you. I can help with grocery shopping, light household tasks, and caring for older children so you can focus on your newborn. I also offer belly binding and support with anything else you may need during the postpartum period.

Birth Doula Package
By your side for the big day and all the moments in between. As your birth doula, I provide emotional, physical, and spiritual support before, during, and after labor and delivery. I offer: - Relaxation and comfort measures (such as massage). - A hand-crafted journal (every month) for tracking your mental and emotional well-being during and after pregnancy. - Guided prenatal yoga and breathing techniques. - A safe, peaceful space for you and your family to connect and prepare. - 24/7 phone call and text message availability. I also offer 7 weeks of free postpartum support (I come once a week for three hours and assist in any area necessary to lighten the load for you).

Postpartum Doula Package
Helping your birth and postpartum journey flow with ease and care. I offer postpartum doula care for $30 per hour. These sessions may include: - Light household support (dishes, sweeping, mopping, laundry). - Meal preparation (a meal we plan together). - Caring for your baby while you rest or shower. - Emotional support — I’ll always be there to listen if you need to talk or vent. For travel distances over 30 minutes, an additional gas fee of $5–$15 may apply. Because I understand how challenging the postpartum period can be, I provide all extended-care clients with a free postpartum care box. This includes organic large pads, tea, lip balm, an eye mask, and a surprise comfort item — all with love and care.

Gentle guidance and care, always within reach. Receive continuous emotional and informational support whenever you need it. This offering allows you to reach out anytime with questions, concerns, or anything on your heart — I’ll be here to support and guide you throughout your journey. Each month, we’ll schedule a one-hour phone session to connect more deeply. During this time, we’ll discuss your vision, your needs, and how we can bring your ideal experience to life. You’ll also receive: - A complimentary journal to help you stay organized and take notes along the way. - A personalized birth plan created just for you. Please note: This package does not include birth assistance during your actual birth.

I must say, Elizabeth is an amazing doula, she’s my cousin and I’m just so blessed to have her. She flew down to me, with her own daughter who wasn’t even one at the time to come assist me during my early stages of postpartum. She truly goes above and beyond. A 10/10 doula. I do recommend
