About me

Hi, I'm Tracey, a registered nurse with NICU and school nursing experience. I am most importantly a mom of four and grandmother to one...almost two! I've spent my career on both sides of newborn care: in the hospital, monitoring the smallest and most vulnerable babies, and at home, living the reality of sleepless nights, feeding struggles, and the steep learning curve every new parent faces. That combination is what I bring to families now. I know the clinical side and when something warrants a call to the pediatrician because I've practiced it professionally. I also know the human side...the exhaustion, the second-guessing, the moments no textbook prepares you for because I've lived it four times over. I'm here to be the calm, capable presence in your home who can handle the medical questions and the 2am realities with equal confidence, so you can rest, recover, and actually enjoy this stage because being a parent is the greatest gift in the world!
