We offer childbirth education, body balancing for a smoother labor/birth & continuous birth doula services, including emotional, physical & educational support. Our 4th trimester postpartum doula services include breastfeeding support, newborn care & light housekeeping. Doula support improves birth outcomes, increases safety and satisfaction in the birth and postpartum experience, and helps mothers achieve successful breastfeeding; all of which increases confidence in new parents and lowers perinatal mental health disorders, such as postpartum depression.
