Hello everyone, I’m Ligia Carvalho, a certified postpartum doula passionate about supporting families as they transition into parenthood. I believe the postpartum period is a time of deep transformation—one that should be met with care, rest, and reassurance. What to expect

As a postpartum doula, my goal is to provide holistic support for both parents and baby during this tender transition. In addition to newborn care, feeding guidance, and emotional support, I also offer nourishing meal preparation, acupressure techniques for relaxation and recovery, gentle baby massage to promote comfort, and aromatherapy to create a calming environment. My approach is tailored to each family’s unique needs, ensuring you feel nurtured, informed, and confident as you adjust to life with your little one.
