This is my first birth. [personal details hidden] recommened a doula as I have [personal details hidden] and [personal details hidden]. [personal details hidden] and do well in any type of environment. Since this is new for me, [personal details hidden] and my history I am looking for someone who can just help me stay in a good mindset without having a risk of any panic. I am covered under Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. I am willing to pay out of pocket if needed. Budget around 2,500 dollars. I plan to give birth in Traverse city and do natural vaginal birth. I have not yet been told I would need a C-section so am really focusing on prenatal stretching and health to assist in natural. Thank you so much for your time.
