About me

I believe those first weeks with a new baby should feel supported, peaceful, and cared for. I’m a newborn-care trained professional with a background as a first responder and current experience as a medical provider in maternal and newborn care. I bring a calm, knowledgeable, and nurturing approach to every family I work with, providing dependable support through those beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming, early days and nights. My goal is to give parents confidence, reassurance, and a little more rest while making sure their newest little one is safe, comfortable, and lovingly cared for.

The Little Meadow offers gentle, personalized newborn & postpartum support. Services include 8+ hour overnight newborn care and 2–6 hour AM/PM drop-ins for newborn-related chores, baby care, and giving parents a much-needed break. Book before birth, with birth or first-night-home support available when needed. Basic lactation support and holistic, home-based remedies are also offered when appropriate.

Packages
AM & PM Drop-in Care
Drop-in visits are available in the morning or evening for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 6 hours. These visits are designed to provide flexible support exactly where you need it—from newborn-related household chores and nursery organization to holding and soothing baby while you shower, nap, eat, or simply enjoy some uninterrupted time. The goal is to give parents a genuine break without adding another thing to their plate.

Overnight Newborn Care
Overnight care is available for a minimum of 8 hours and is focused on helping both baby and parents get the rest they need. Care may include newborn soothing, feeding and bottle support, diapering, burping, settling baby back to sleep, maintaining a clean nursery, and other routine newborn-care needs. Overnight support allows parents to rest knowing their little one is being cared for by someone experienced, trained, and attentive.

Preparation, Birth, First Night Home
Services can be booked before your baby arrives so that support is already in place when you need it. When requested and scheduling allows, I am also happy to attend your birth and/or provide support during your baby’s first night home. This can provide an extra layer of reassurance during the transition from birth center or hospital to home, particularly for first-time parents. First night home is priced at overnight care rate. Preparation sessions: (i.e, nursery organization and setup, prenatal stretches, yoga) are 2 hour sessions fixed at $50/session. Assistance during or after labor will be priced hourly at $25/hour.
