My name is Trinity, and I’m a birth and postpartum care professional with a background in Child Development and Early Literacy. My passion is helping families feel supported, informed, and cared for as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood. I believe every family deserves compassionate, individualized care and the opportunity to feel confident in their decisions. My approach centers on nurturing the whole family, honoring each family’s unique needs, and creating a peaceful, supportive environment during life’s most transformative seasons. From preparing for birth to caring for your newborn and adjusting to life after delivery, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered every step of the way. The Selah Shalem Experience Investment: $800 | Introductory Rate The Selah Shalem Experience offers holistic, personalized birth support for families throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. My philosophy is centered on caring for the whole mother and honoring each family’s individual needs, values, and birth preferences. I want every family I serve to feel informed, prepared, respected, and supported throughout their experience. Your package includes: * Two prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences, prepare for labor, and explore comfort measures. * 24/7 on-call availability from 37–42 weeks. * Continuous in-person labor and birth support. * Breathing, positioning, massage, and other comfort techniques. * Support and guidance for your birth partner. * Ongoing phone and text communication. * One in-home postpartum follow-up visit. * Personalized birth preparation and postpartum resources. My goal is to provide a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and confident in your decisions. I believe birth deserves preparation, thoughtful care, and support that extends beyond the arrival of your baby.
