Hi! My name is Veronica, and I’m a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula proudly serving families across Oklahoma. I’ve been supporting families for the past 7 years and currently work alongside Tulsa Birth Center, supporting births in home, hospital, and birth center settings for private pay clients. I also proudly accept SoonerCare, making doula support accessible to families with little to no out-of-pocket cost. My approach is calm, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and centered around making sure you feel heard, supported, informed, and comfortable throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. Whether you’re preparing for your first baby, planning a VBAC, navigating a high-risk pregnancy, managing PCOS, or adding another little one to your family, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way. I provide emotional, physical, and informational support tailored to your unique needs and birth preferences. I proudly support women of color and families from diverse backgrounds and strive to create a safe, respectful, and empowering space for every client I serve. My full Birth Doula Package is $1,500 and includes both birth and postpartum support. For families covered by SoonerCare, this package may be covered at 100% with little to no out-of-pocket cost. With this package, I offer: 🤍 Support advocating for your birth wants and needs 🤍 Continuous labor support, whether you need me early or during active labor 🤍 Emotional support for both you and your partner 🤍 Breathing techniques and comfort measures for pain management 🤍 A calm, steady, reassuring presence throughout labor 🤍 A minimum of 2 hours of immediate postpartum support after birth 🤍 Postpartum visits within the first week, at 3 weeks, and at 6 weeks postpartum 🤍 Breastfeeding support and guidance 🤍 Support with newborn care, feeding, and family adjustment 🤍 Awareness and support surrounding postpartum depression and postpartum psychosis, including help connecting with appropriate resources if needed 🤍 Encouragement, affirmations, education, and guidance throughout your journey Every pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience is different, so I meet you where you are and support you in the way that feels best for you and your family. It would truly be an honor to support you during such a special and transformative time. If you feel like we’d be a good fit, I’d love to connect, whether that’s in person, over the phone, or by video. 🤍
