My services include emotional support, physical comfort, coping mechanisms, positioning, and evidence-based guidance throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. I offer complimentary consultations so you can get a feel for how my grounded approach can help you feel supported and empowered on this journey!

What does a Doula DO?

A doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. I don't replace a medical provider (or your partner!) - I'm here to help you feel supported, informed, and empowered.

Do you replace my partner?

Not at all! I work alongside partners, helping them feel confident and involved. My role is to support your WHOLE family, not to take anyone's place.

What areas do you serve?

I currently serve the Greater Tulsa area, including Creek County, Sand Springs, and surrounding areas. Virtual support is also available!
