Plan to give birth at a hospital, I’m low income and my goal is to have a vaginal birth

I plan on giving birth in a hospital. I really want someone to advocate for me. Budget could be around 800 My birth plan is to try and be as natural as possible. To be able to let my body do what’s necessary for baby to come earth side. I dont want any medical intervention unless its an emergency. I dont want to push on my back and I want to breath my baby out without couched pushing. I want my husband to be my rock and look after me with you on my side working with him. This is my first birth.

I am going to be trying for a VBAC at Bay Area hospital I want a doula covered by Tricare insurance fully I don't have an exact birth plan but I want to form some expectations and have extra support, especially in a birthing position that isn't on my back. I was digging and discovered reimbursement information for Medicaid covered doula services. I am mostly interested in prenatal and birth doula. I had a doula with my 1st of 6 children, only 1 was medicated and this is my last pregnancy but I always wished Medicaid would come on board. My new partner is uneducated to unmedicated birth or doulas and was completely helpless during our last child’s birth and I would really like better support this time around.
