I have been a newborn specialist/postpartum double for 20 years, and I've cared for twins from anywhere in the peninsula, from Sunnyvale to San Francisco. I cared for a couple of babies in Oakland, but I preferred to stay on this side of the bay. I usually go into the homes when mom come from from the hospital that night around 10 pm and take over the caring for the newborn until 6 am (of course this is in general but the times it's up to the family). I usually feed baby every 2.5 - 3 hours, change diapers, burped and soothe baby back to sleep. I could do the baby's laundry if the family needs me to, and wash, sterilized the the bottles or washed. I tidy up in the nursery if we used the nursery before I go home in the morning. I do help the mom by bringing the pump and set by the door to her room so she can pump at night. Please let me know if you have other questions. Thank you, Uheina
