Third hospital delivery support comfort I would love to do natural

First baby, hospital birth at Georgetown. Would like to labor naturally as long as possible but I am not totally against pain relief. Would love a doula who can support me in different positioning, hip squeezes etc and help me exercise my full agency during birth. It’s important to me to find someone who is a blend of holistic care and Western medicine. We’d also love for our doula to help us a bit after birth with postpartum and newborn care. Tri-Care East (Humana military) will cover the six hours worth of visits + one untimed visit for birth so we need someone who is a participant with them. After that our budget for postpartum/newborn support is $1,000 but we are open to discussing that further.

This would include help with meal prep, taking me to my appointments, and ensuring my safety in case of any emergencies. I have Tricare, so I’d love to find a doula who accepts it.
