Preferably a doula who is African American Care recipients are 27, 15 months, and newborn Help with sleep training, laundry and light cleaning would be greatly appreciated Someone who isnt going to push an at home birth or a non-medicated birth.
I am looking for night support for a newborn. I need someone to help with swaddling, pampers changes, baths and feeding and carrying baby to and from mom when needed
My 7 month old will not sleep longer than 2 hours. Wakes 7-10 times a night. Seems like they cant connect sleep cycles. I try to soothe them but it's easiest to nurse them back to sleep, so i get some sleep . Baby has to touch my face usually and pacifier to go to bed, they also co sleep. Use to have awful gas and wake them, seems to have subsided. Wakes up crying but naps are much easier. I need someone experienced with a contact napped and co sleep at 7 months. I also believe they eat most at night and less during the day. Don't have a crib set up for them. Budget is $400-$500. Needs tailored flexibility sleep schedule. Im a stay at home mom.
