I am specifically looking for someone experienced in the swaddled bath technique (bain enveloppé / therapeutic newborn bath) to help create a gentle, soothing transition for my newborn and guide us through the process.

Hello! This is my second baby and I’ll be having a hospital birth but I’d love to go unmedicated with as few interventions as possible and really want someone who can help me through the birthing process as well as advocate for me when I’m in a vulnerable state and coach me through the birth. I went 8cm with no epidural with my first, but had no idea until after I got it and really felt like with some coaching I could have made it through.
