Hoping for an unmedicated, low-intervention birth with freedom to move, a water tub if available, and my husband as my primary support person (hoping he gets to catch the baby). After birth I'd like delayed cord clamping, immediate skin-to-skin, and a hands-off approach to the placenta unless intervention's needed. Hi! I recently welcomed my first baby and am looking for postpartum support, specifically someone who can help with breastfeeding/lactation and overnight newborn care. As a first time mom, I’m still learning breastfeeding and pumping and would really appreciate guidance with things like latch, positioning, milk supply, pumping, engorgement, and making sure my baby is feeding well. I’m hoping to find someone who is patient, reassuring, and experienced with supporting moms in the early postpartum period. I’m also interested in nighttime help so my partner and I can get some rest.
