Currently planning an unmedicated hospital birth that is grounded in God's design and presence. Would love education on birthing positions, pain management techniques, and herbalist is a plus but not a necessity. Guidance in structuring a birth plan, although knowing birth is unpredictable and needing to be flexible throughout the journey. Estimated budget is $1,200-1,500.
Military hospital is where I plan to give birth. I would say our estimated budget 2 thousand. We want to have an epidural, push when my body feels it not when told, immediate skin to skin, delayed cord clamping. Experienced enough to help with an easy birth. I am 21 and this is my first kid and I want to breast feed.

I would love to have a birth doula that could help with my birth. I am a first time mother however, I need insurance to be able to cover the cost if that is something feasible that would be amazing. I plan to give birth at the hospital I would like to use laughing gas not the epidural I would like an experienced doula. I am 19 years old who plans on breast feeding and help with that would be amazing. I don’t have much of a budget and can’t afford anything that isn’t covered by insurance however the help would be more than appreciated.
