About me

Welcome! I’m so happy you are here, and I am grateful for the opportunity to walk beside you on your journey. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Perinatal Mental Health provider (PMH-C), and EMDR trained. My goal will always be to encourage and to help affirm your strengths, to meet you where your needs are, and to support you during whatever life or role transitions may occur. I am passionate about providing supportive, collaborative, nonjudgmental care and education to new parents (no matter the journey), those hoping to become parents, birthing persons, and pregnant individuals. Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders are so common, yet often minimized or overlooked. This time is incredibly challenging, isolating, overwhelming, and often accompanied by conflicting thoughts and feelings. I am here to help you recognize your strengths, and to help you achieve your desired level of functioning. Additionally, I enjoy providing individual and group therapy for LGBTQIA+, life transitions, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, and trauma, specifically utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I believe your mental health is important, and everyone deserves the opportunity to feel empowered, to grow, and to heal in a collaborative, peaceful, trauma informed environment.

Service introduction

I provide mental health services to those experiencing, or having experienced trauma. Additionally, I work closely with new parents, those hoping to become parents, and those that have experienced grief and loss along the journey. I provide EMDR postpartum if desired, and integrate several therapeutic orientations in practice.
