Need a CNM for Home Birth.

I need a midwife to help with birth and assist me.

I would prefer a natural birth, somewhere close to a hospital if something goes wrong. But not at home. We use BCBS Highmark and are hoping to just use that or send them itemized receipts.

I am very flexible in my birthing location. I would like to do a birthing center, but a hospital would be okay as well, if needed. I do want to be able to get an epidural if the pain becomes overwhelming. I am not sure on my exact budget, as I am not sure the average prices for a doula or midwife. I would also like someone who can help me develop a birth plan that aligns with my needs!

I plan to give birth in my home and I’m unsure how much a midwife costs but I would say at least 200 a month I’m not sure

Looking for a midwife for potential home-birth. First time pregnancy, prefer a Christian based midwife and doula. Lots of questions to be asked and we do not know where to start or how it works. Me and my husband planned on having a home birth with absolute no medications or epidurals. I want a complete natural birth, I would prefer for the midwife to be in the close to our area since we are located in Gastonia. I plan to give birth in a hospital in Irmo,SC. I am hoping insurance will cover portion of cost. I plan on immediate skin to skin contact, no cleaning/bathing, delayed cord clamping, delayed shots and eye ointment. It is crucial that I get the first 2 hours with my baby alone unless medically necessary.
