Hello, I’m 28 weeks pregnant. I am currently planning on a hospital birth, but recently became interested in a home birth. I am looking for a midwife to take over prenatal care. I don’t know if I would be a candidate for a few reasons, but also don’t believe that I am truly considered high risk. I would like someone who is in connection with a back up hospital. Hello I’m 36 years old. 2nd natural birth wanting to home birth if possible. Not high risk. Dad is 50 years old and it’s his first baby. Hoping to find a midwife that takes payment plans. I plan to create a birthing plan this weekend I am 34 weeks.

I plan to give birth at the hospital. Looking for a midwife covered under insurance. I’d like to have a VBAC. But if the baby is full term and I am not dilating properly I do not want to be induced. I’ll opt for another c-section.

I plan to give birth at home, I'm due in the middle of November though I know baby will come when baby is ready, the due date is just an estimate. We are moving at the end of October but not sure where to as of right now. This will be my first homebirth, second natural birth. My first was born early at 33 1/2 weeks, I was 16, I am 29 now. For the birth plan we want long delayed cord clamping, until the placenta has returned all the blood to the baby; dad to cut the cord when it's time; no eye ointment; no vaccines or shots of any kind; for baby to go directly to mom, immediate breastfeeding; prefer dad to catch the baby. Use of natural tinctures for pain/bleeding/hemorraging, etc (if needed). Placenta to come out on it's own, no forcing or pulling. I want to birth in water but if I am uncomfortable I will find a new position, I will not be laying on my back to birth. No bath for baby, leave vernix on, no circumcision will be done. No delivery interventions. No monitors that restrict my movement, no ivs. I will be eating during labor if I wish. We would like the placenta encapsulated and a keepsake of the cord. No cervical checks unless asked for. I would like to view my birthing experience with a mirror and also have it recorded. No forced pushing, I will be waiting for fetal ejection contractions unless I feel my body is not doing it. Most of all patience and understanding of the labor and birth process. We are looking for a midwife who accepts a deposit and payment plan for her services.

Home birth and a Natural or holistic approach to pregnancy & birth. I have blood sugar problems, but as long as I eat half an avocado a day it’s fine.

I’d like to give birth in a hospital, but would love a birthing pool available which I know isn’t likely. Birth plan is no epidural, no pitocin, no cuts unless absolutely medically necessary.
