-I would like to explore my options of giving birth at home. -I live in fayetteville, NC. -This is my first baby. -I am 32 years old. - I have Tricare insurance and would like to be able to use it however, it is not my only option. -This being my first baby, I am still figuring things out but I would like to experience a low-intervention birth, vaginal birth, and no induction. - For pain management I am open to movement/walking during labor, yoga ball, breathing/ relaxation techniques, and position changes.
