im interested in the process of home birth , im a new oncoming mother and just looking for general information
Looking for a natural hospital or home birth, this is my 6th pregnancy. I have delivered 5 babies naturally, my first baby was not natural. My midwife I used previously retired. Looking for someone who does not push unnecessary medicine.
Looking for a midwife that can help me deliver my baby at home safely, at a low cost or take Medicad Plan on having my baby in a bathtub with a few family members present to help
1. At Cone Health Med Center in Greensboro 2. Flexible 3. I plan to labor at home and then transfer to Cone to have a water birth with minimal intervention. I will be using a doula and hypnobirthing as well! I follow a plant-based diet as well and am looking for a provider who is supportive of that. I have a history of severe anxiety and PTSD and am looking to partner with provider, doula, and my long-time therapist to ensure I have a calm, fun, rewarding, and empowering birth experience. However, because of my anxiety and OCD, I still want to give birth in the hospital so that there is easy access to intervention if something goes wrong. That will give me peace of mind, but I'm looking to create a birth center-esque experience in the Women's Hospital, including the water birth!
I am looking for a midwife to help me in a birth center (outside of the hospital) or at my house. This is my first pregnancy so I’m not really sure about anything and have a lot of questions. I would like someone holistic and Christian

We are not yet pregnant but would like to be. Our experience with our current OB-GYN has been disappointing because of their preference for intervention-first care. We are looking for something more holistic and would love a Christian if possible. We do not want new age methods.
