plan to give birth in greensboro nc and i don’t have a birth plan and our budget is tight very tight

I have a 6 week old who has a tongue tie and basically picks and chooses when he latches. I’ve been pumping. At first I was getting around 6 ounces combined each time I pumped but it’s dropped to where I barely get an ounce, 2 ounces on a good day. I don’t have much money to spend on this.

8 week old hasn’t fed efficiently since about a week old. Never satisfied after a feeding even though I do not have a low supply, comes off breast frequently and gets super frustrated. Just had tongue and lip tie released on Monday 10/4 but nothing has changed. I’m okay with bottles but would like to be able to breastfeed mostly. I’m good with in person or virtual visits
