My name is Carter and I’ve been a birth and postpartum doula since May 2026. I got certified as a birth doula in July and I'm currently working on my certification for postpartum doula. My journey started when I had my son, and had a doula with him. He was in the NICU 76 days. During which time I had a lot of time to reflect on my birth, and how much I appreciated having a doula with me.
