I am a full spectrum doula certified through the National Doula Certification Board and trained through Allo Doula Academy. My specialty is postpartum and overnight care with an emphasis on sleep support. I have been working as a doula for over 23 years and enjoy working with new and growing families.

My name is Becca and I am currently available to provide my services as a night nanny. I have 10+ years of childcare experience as well as recently trained to be a Newborn Care Specialist. All of my CPR and first aid certifications are up to date. I am also a mother to 3 young girls which has given me a vast amount of knowledge regarding newborns! My name is Kaytlyn and I am 33 years old. I am a mother of three girls, 10, 7 and 2. I have been a full time nanny for 10 years for ages 0-8 years old, most often with multiple children in the household. I am transitioning my nanny work into expanding my expertise as a certified newborn care specialist and doula-in-training. Although I enjoy all ages of children, my favorite and speciality ages are newborn and infants, I want to focus more on supporting families during the tender stages of welcoming a new baby and the transition to parenthood. NoCo Doula Collective, is a team-based doula and perinatal support practice serving Fort Collins and communities throughout Northern Colorado. Founded by Julianne Curtis and Katie Piccolo, who combined their established doula practices to launch the collective in spring 2024. The collective provides support across the reproductive and parenting journey, including labor/birth doula care, postpartum support, lactation counseling, childbirth and new-parent education, and bereavement support. The team also includes professionals offering specialties such as NICU support, pediatric sleep consulting and birth/family photography. We are an evidenced based and trauma informed doula group who provides personalized and nonjudgmental care, with multiple doulas and specialists rather than a single-provider practice. I found my love and passion for supporting families and children in 2002 when I began my career as a Nanny.  I would frequently found myself supporting newborns/infants as a Nanny and chose to transition to a Newborn Care Specialist officially in 2021.  As of 2023, I have supported over 30 families with their childcare and newborn development. In order to bolster my experience and skills, I sought educational opportunities that specialized in newborn/infant care.  I have completed course offerings from Newborn Care Solutions in both Foundational and Advanced levels and am an Elite, CACHE certified NCS; along with being a trained doula and working on my certification for lactation counselor, I continue learning and growing my knowledge through safe sleep courses and many other trainings pertaining to newborns.
