About me

At All Outcomes Doula Services, my philosophy is rooted in compassion, knowledge, and community. I believe every stage of life—from birth to postpartum recovery and even through end-of-life transitions—deserves support that honors the whole person and their unique journey. As a full-spectrum doula, my role is not to take over but to stand alongside families with steady guidance, evidence-based education, and a calming presence. I see this work as a calling to create safe spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to make choices that align with their values. My goal is to weave together my experience as a mother, still mama, Colorado native, and wellness professional to give back to my community, ensuring no family walks alone through these sacred and transformative moments.

Service introduction

A full-spectrum doula provides care that extends beyond traditional birth work. This means I am here to support not only the joys of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum but also the tender moments of loss, stillbirth, or the sacred transition of end-of-life. Each of these milestones shapes families in profound ways, and my role is to bring presence, education, and advocacy that empowers you to move through them with dignity, grace, and confidence. I know from both professional training and personal experience as a still mom, a twin mom, and a mom of three that support can make all the difference. My philosophy is rooted in holding space—meeting families where they are, emotionally and physically—while offering the kind of nurturing care that allows nervous systems to relax, decisions to feel clearer, and moments to be remembered with peace rather than fear.
