Greetings! My name is Amber, I am a 45 year old mother of 6 children ages 7-27. I have been a doula for over 8 years and have supported many types of births, in many different places. I am a kind, gentle, and nurturing human that loves to bring peace, order and empowerment to women and families. I have skills and experience in supporting a healthy pregnancy, birth and post partum experience. I am an efficient organizer for the home as well. If there is a partner that is needing knowledge to be supportive in their new role, I am skilled at effectively communicating and quickly understanding needs as well. I have a vast knowledge base, field of experience and also strive to respect values without judgement. I am also a peace of mind parenting coach for when challenges arise, I have that under my belt as well. If siblings or relatives are in the picture as well, I am amazing at gently placing boundaries for parents peace, while honoring the emotions of others. I can't explain how much having amber as my postpartum doula completely changed my postpartum experience (and my family's ). With my second child we decided to get a postpartum doula because after my first child I had a really difficult time. We now call her our angel. She anticipated what me and my family needed. Offering without imposing. Helping with anything we needed and more. Everyone in my family loves her and she became like part of our family. I can't recommend her enough. She's knowledgeable and kind. I trust her so much and I can't thank her enough.
