We are expecting our first baby in March 2027 and are looking for an experienced, caring, and reliable overnight newborn care specialist to help a few nights per week. Responsibilities include overnight newborn care, diaper changes, soothing, burping, settling the baby, and assisting with feedings, including breastfeeding support and bottle-feeding with breast milk or formula. Light baby-related tasks, such as washing bottles and pump parts, are appreciated. Ideal candidates have extensive newborn experience, current infant CPR/first aid certification, knowledge of safe sleep practices, and excellent references. We value someone who is nurturing, dependable, attentive, and supportive of our preferences as first-time parents. We anticipate needing 3–4 nights per week, ideally 9 PM–7 AM, with some flexibility on hours and start date. We hope to find someone trustworthy who will help us feel supported and confident during the newborn stage!
