i’m a 22 y/o female with 1 child (male) and am currently 6 months postpartum and 2 months pregnant. i want to give birth in a hospital with epidural/pain management. i want to use my medical insurance (tri-care west region). i want a calm environment and be walked through every process and step. preferably female and help with sleep training

This will be my first birth. I don't like the idea of giving birth in a hospital. I'd like a home water birth. I'm not sure about budget or at what it starts. I want to prep my body so birth is not a horrible experience. I'd prefer someone with many years of experience, at least 5. And speaks English and Spanish. I'm 28 years old and I'd like to have a postpartum plan to include healthy eating habits and exercise.
