I have a Health Science degree from the University of Waterloo, over 150 hours of university-level education in breastfeeding, and extensive clinical training in lactation support, in addition to my doula certification. I have attended over 100 births across five hospitals, three birth suites, and many (many) homes. I specialize in supporting gentle hospital births for high-risk pregnancies and IVF families. My name is Kristen. I am an IBCLC (Lactation Consultant), Certified Pediatric Sleep Specialist & Lactation Educator. I offer in-home breastfeeding and bottle feeding support in Halton, Hamilton, Oakville and surrounding area. I believe feeding is not one size fits all. I will prepare you for your baby by teaching you and your partner diaper changing, swaddling, bathing baby wearing and more.
