Yolanda has a strong background in perinatal and postnatal care, including Newborn Care, Lactation Education, Postpartum, and Birth Care. She also holds an associate degree in Early Childhood Education, which has equipped her with the skills and knowledge to support healthy child development. Yolanda is not just a professional, but also a mother of five children and YaYa to seven grandchildren. Her personal experience of not having the care and support she needed as a young mother has fueled her passion for helping families. She understands firsthand the challenges that come with raising a family and strives to make the journey easier for others. As the CEO of a Nanny/Household Placement Agency and Training Academy, Yolanda works closely with families to provide high-quality care and support. She is committed to finding the best professionals to meet each family's unique needs. As a Certified Postpartum Doula and New Parent Educator, I specialize in supporting families during the tender weeks and months after birth, helping you feel confident, informed, and cared for every step of the way. Whether you need help establishing routines, navigating infant care, recovering from birth, or simply someone to support and guide you through the early days of parenthood, I’m here for you. In addition to hands-on postpartum care, I also offer: New Parent Education Infant Feeding Support (breast & bottle) Sleep and Soothing Guidance Emotional Support & Practical Help Sibling Adjustment Assistance Light Household Tasks to Ease the Load As the founder of a trusted Nanny & Household Placement Agency, I also provide families with access to professional, vetted in-home care solutions.
