I have had two vaginal deliveries one in 2015 and 2018 and I have had two c sections that were surrogate pregnancies one was emergency the second was elective 2020 and 2023 . This delivery I do really want to have a vaginal delivery my doctor did state I can make whatever decision I would like . I am also looking for a women who is a Christian and leads with faith. I’m trying to see if having a dual would help me with stress and anxiety so I can have a healthy pregnancy and baby. I had all horrible births I plan to give in a hospital last baby was at 22 weeks pregnant. I have BCBS commercial and Medicaid insurance.

I plan to give birth at Sutter Davis Hopsital. I am going to use my insurance for care. My goal is a calm, physiologic, and low intervention water birth. I understand that circumstances can change, and the safety of Isabella and myself comes first. I would like to use the birthing tub and plan to have a water birth if I remain an appropriate candidate. Before entering the tub, I want freedom of movement and access to a birthing ball. I want to follow my body’s cues for positioning, including side-lying, hands-and-knees, swaying, standing, or other positions that feel natural. I would like to drink fluids during labor when medically appropriate. No routine IV unless medically necessary. Wireless monitoring is strongly preferred when fetal monitoring is necessary and available. I want to allow my body to birth Isabella naturally and push according to my body’s instincts and coaching from my doula. Immediate chest-to-chest skin-to-skin. Uninterrupted bonding time for as long as we are comfortable. Allow Isabella the opportunity to self-latch and initiate breastfeeding while chest-to-chest. Delay routine weighing, measurements, medications, and other nonurgent newborn care until after our bonding time. Delayed cord clamping until the cord has stopped pulsating and appears white, when medically appropriate. My goal is exclusive breastfeeding. Requirements would be that they are certified and covered by Tricare. My insurance is Tricare West Region. TRICARE covers up to six hours of visits by a certified labor doula. These hours can be split into 15-minute increments any way you’d like. You also get one untimed visit during birth.

Birth support is also important to us, and we'd love someone who is comfortable in an OR setting and familiar with both vaginal twin deliveries and C-sections (planned or emergency). About us: We're an AAPI family who practices Buddhism, though we welcome doulas of all backgrounds and beliefs. We're also both in the medical field so we're no strangers to clinical settings. That said, we're still first-time parents navigating something entirely new, and we'd love a doula who can be our advocate, translate the emotional side of this experience, and bring a calm, grounding presence when things get busy. I plan to give birth at Kaiser South Sacramento via planned C-section because I am expecting twins. My care is covered by insurance. I am looking for a care provider who can assist with both myself and my twin babies. A Vietnamese-speaking provider would be a huge plus! Key duties for the babies include bathing, hygiene care, daily personal care, baby massage, and gentle sleep training. For the mother, I would like postpartum recovery support and mother massage.

I am looking to establish a care team to assist me with a homebirth. I am due in June 2027, and I am hoping to locate someone in the el dorado hills, Folsom area that takes blue cross PPO insurance. I am also looking for someone who could possibly bring the birthing set up with them for the home birth if that's possible. I just found out a couple weeks ago that I was pregnant so I am early to the game but just trying to understand how this might look doing a homebirth. I guesss budget wise.. I plan to give birth at a local Kaiser hospital (Kaiser Roseville / Kaiser South Sacramento) with an estimated due date of March 7, 2027. Our goal is a supported, low-intervention hospital birth, and we need continuous in-person labor support, prenatal preparation, and comfort measures. For postpartum care, we are looking for newborn feeding support, maternal recovery assistance, and familiarity with South Asian/Tamil postpartum practices. Our budget relies on Kaiser Permanente insurance coverage, so we are seeking a certified doula who is in-network, contracted with Kaiser, or experienced with Kaiser reimbursement and claims. We prefer a provider with 2+ years of experience and are fully open to doulas traveling from the Bay Area or Northern California region.
