Hana is looking for Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula
|
Location: Oak Glen, CA 92399, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: February 11, 2025
1. I am currently looking into hospitals and birthing centers 2. If you accept TriCare West, my insurance covers doulas as well 3. As natural as possible with no epidural or pitocin. Laughing gas is okay. Only husband and doula present during the actual birth, limited guests after birth. If at a birthing center, would like to do a water birth. If at a hospital, will like to have the ability to move around and shift if needed instead of laying on the bed. |

Due date or baby's birthday: August 08, 2025
Hello, my name is Sanaa and I’m a first time mother. I plan on giving birth at Loma Linda hospital in Loma linda. My estimated budget would be less than $300. My birth plan is going to the hospital and having an unmedicated birth. I want to be fully present and experience everything I can. I do not want to give birth on my back, I would be more comfortable squatting or any other position just not in my back. Thank you very much ☺️ |

Sallie is looking for Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula
|
Location: Riverside, CA 92506, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: October 24, 2025
1. I plan to give birth at Loma Linda 2. 5,000-8,000 3. My goal is to have a natural birth. Birth Plan – Inspired by Emily Oster’s Evidence-Based Approach Name: Sallie C. Griffin Due Date: Oct 24, 2025 Support Person(s): Nick S. Jacobs (spouse) OB or Midwife: TBD Hospital/Birth Center: Loma Linda Hospital Guiding Principles I believe birth is unpredictable, so this plan outlines my preferences, not rigid rules. I trust my care team and want open, respectful communication. I want decisions to be made based on evidence and medical necessity, in collaboration with me and my support team. Labor Preferences I’d like to labor at home as long as safely possible. Prefer intermittent monitoring (unless continuous is medically necessary). I’d like movement and position changes during labor. Would like to use tools such as: birthing ball, tub/shower, massage, music, etc. Prefer calm, low-light environment if possible. Pain Management I’m open to pain medication, including an epidural if/when I choose. Please inform me of all options and side effects before administering. I may try non-medicated strategies first (breathing, movement, etc.). Interventions I prefer to avoid interventions unless medically necessary. If interventions are suggested, I would like to understand risks/benefits first. Open to membrane sweeping, breaking water, or Pitocin if warranted — but want to be part of that decision-making. Delivery I’m open to coached or spontaneous pushing — please guide me based on what’s safest. No episiotomy unless absolutely medically necessary. I would like to avoid vacuum/forceps unless required. If a C-section becomes necessary, I’d like my support person present and skin-to-skin as soon as possible. After Birth Immediate skin-to-skin unless baby requires medical attention. Delay cord clamping if possible. I would like to breastfeed/chestfeed as soon as baby is ready. Please delay routine newborn procedures (vitamin K, eye ointment, etc.) for bonding time if safe. If baby needs to leave the room, I’d like a support person to go with them. Postpartum I want time to rest and recover before guests or procedures. Please discuss any medication or care with me before administering. Open to baby rooming-in; may request nursery time if needed for rest. |
