Labor Preferences I’d like to labor at home as long as safely possible. Prefer intermittent monitoring (unless continuous is medically necessary). I’d like movement and position changes during labor. Would like to use tools such as: birthing ball, tub/shower, massage, music, etc. Prefer calm, low-light environment if possible. Pain Management I’m open to pain medication, including an epidural if/when I choose. Please inform me of all options and side effects before administering.
