I am a certified birth and postpartum doula and the founder of The Elevated Aura—a space dedicated to healing, elevation, and becoming your highest self. As a mother of three, I bring both lived experience and heart-centered support into every client relationship. I understand that motherhood is more than a moment—it’s a transformation. Through The Elevated Doula Experience, I support women mentally, emotionally, and physically through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My goal is to ensure you feel empowered, supported, and grounded—without losing yourself in the process. This is more than doula support—it’s an elevated experience rooted in care, connection, and growth.
