We are a team of licensed mama therapists, supporting women in all stages of the perinatal period from conception, loss, pregnancy, postpartum + parenting. Our approach is warm, direct and solution focused. We are on a mission to create community + ensure that entering - and living within - motherhood is not an isolating journey.

Mental Health Therapist services

We offer counseling virtually in five different states: Alaska, Colorado, Oregon, Illinois and Virginia. We provide therapy 1:1, parent coaching and peer groups. We LOVE supporting mamas and are on a mission to shift the viewpoint for mamas.
